🎵 HL Piano Studio – Lesson Cancellation Policy
At HL Piano Studio, I strive to provide consistent and dedicated instruction for each student. To maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following cancellation policy:
1. Lesson Cancellations

More than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be made up if a time slot becomes available. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed but will be offered when possible. -
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable and cannot be made up.
2. Teacher Cancellations
If the teacher must cancel a lesson, the missed lesson credit will automatically roll over to the following month’s tuition.
3. Tuition and Billing
Lesson fees are due on the first day of each month, with any pre-scheduled (pre-canceled) days accounted for and deducted in advance.
Recitals
We hold two voluntary student recitals a year.
